| Do you accept personal checks, and is it safe?? |
| Yes we do. It is indeed safe. We do personal check transactions through ebay on a regular basis. 100% guaranteed. Merchandise is held until check clears. We are a mom and pop business and offer the best customer service to the general public and private clients. |
| Are Credit Card orders safe?? |
| Indeed!! We use Nova Specialties systems and all credit card information is safe and secure. 90% of our credit card orders are called in. |
| Do you make custom orders of greeting cards from a portrait? |
| Yes, we can. SheepieDreams does this on a regular basis for customers that love to show everyone their OES!! We offer address labels, stickers, cards and custom greeting cards sets of 40 or more. The art file is saved for future reference so the customer can reorder new merchandise. |
| How long does it take for Michelina to create a painting? |
| Anywhere from 45 minutes to 12 hours depending on the size and style. A typical commissioned piece takes about 2 hours. |
| Why do eBay items start so inexpensive?? Is there a catch? |
| No, there is no catch. Michelina items start on eBay with low bidding reserve so everyone has a chance to win a Michelina item. There is nothing wrong with the merchandise. We put the Artist's items up for bargain prices so everyone can have a chance to own a Michelina Original. |
| Does Michelina Paint Furniture? |
| Children's Furniture is Michelina's favorite thing to paint! Check out eBay to see Michelina's lastest hand painted items! There are items strictly painted just for eBay!! |
| Why does SheepieDreams sell items on eBay?? |
| We put her merchandise on eBay because there are a lot of people that usually like the same type items. The Artist will only make 2 or 3 of one item in most cases. She isn't an art's and craft's painter so it's easier to sell her items this way. Ebay is looked at from all over the world and she has many collector's. |
| How come I haven't heard of Michelina before?? |
| Up until 2 and a half years ago, Michelina worked privately with clients from UK, UT, CA, and AU. We now own our own company and are open to the general public!! |
| Why do collectors club members get 10% off? |
| The member gets 10% off because they are repeat customers, clients and/or collect the Artists work. Madison McGrowly wouldn't have it any other way....Wanna join?? |

| Does Michelina donate to Rescue Organizations? |
| Yes, we do donate merchandise or Original paintings to charitable groups. SheepieDreams needs at least 30 days in advance and a private consultation with Michelina's assistant, Danielle. If you have any questions and would like to speak to us, contact us via email. |
| What is the difference between SheepieDreams and Michelina Studios???? |
| We get asked this question often. SheepieDreams is an internet store offering merchandise on a continuum. www.MichelinaStudios.com offers Gallery paintings and Commisions for private clients. Michelina Studios is strictly fine art offered through her Studio. |
